Domenic is an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist accredited by Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA). Domenic has more than 10 years of experience working with the general population, corporate health and WorkCover, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) right through to junior and elite-level athletic development.
Domenic is also the Corporate Health and Lifestyle advisor for Asics Australia, Genea and Nexia. In 2017, his passion for education led him to join the EXOS education team as an international consultant. As part of the EXOS team, Domenic delivers the EXOS coursework internationally, collaborating with coaches from around the world. Domenic has had the pleasure of working with athletes and teams from a broad spectrum of sports. This has guided his understanding of the subtle difference between the physical requirements of specific athletic pursuits.

Suhaanan is a physiotherapist with experience in the fields of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and is currently studying for his Master of Sports Medicine at Melbourne University. He has worked with athletes from amateur to professional levels and with a variety of rugby union clubs ranging from social to semi-professional teams.
This experience provides Suhaanan with an understanding of how to manage his clientele effectively and efficiently. Suhaanan focuses on thorough assessments to help provide the best understanding of your condition and will use manual therapy techniques and corrective exercises tailored to your needs.

Kathy is a graduate of Macquarie University, completing her bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring in Event Management. Before joining 4D Health & Performance, Kathy has had experience working in Sales, Recruitment and Human Resources.
Kathy is a Crossfit and weightlifting enthusiast. Kathy has developed a keen interest in the health and fitness industry particularly rehabilitation and injury prevention. She continues to work closely with our health professionals to ensure our clients are provided with the highest quality of care and support.

Completed Bachelor of Health Science (Exercise) in 2021, currently studying his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University. Over the past 4 years, Jack has managed to obtain his Level 2 Professional Strength and Conditioning accreditation through ASCA, working on our High-Performance program which involves managing athletes across multiple different disciples of all competition levels. He spent some time with Rugby Australia and NSW Waratahs working in the Rugby 7's Women's Academy, National Junior and Emerging Academy, delivering on-field and gym-based programs. In the past season, Jack has also worked alongside our other practitioners with Eastwood Rugby Club with S&C duties as well as a game day Sports Trainer.

Navneet is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Navneet has accumulated a variety of insightful exercise physiology experiences working with musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management and pelvic floor health.
Navneet completed her honours research project in first class working with one of the top functional electrical stimulation rehabilitation researchers in NSW and studied the effects of functional electrical stimulation rehabilitation in persons with neurological injury or disease such as spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and peripheral nerve disease. Navneet’s scope of work includes designing rehabilitation programs within private practice, WorkCover and chronic disease management.

Jason is a physiotherapist who graduated with Honours 1st Class from the University of Sydney. He has served as the physiotherapist for Australian PGA golf as part of their medical team. Additionally, he holds ASCA accreditation as a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is also a member of the Musculoskeletal, Sports and Exercise, and Acupuncture and Dry Needling National Group of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Jason has a strong enthusiasm for using manual therapy and exercise-based approaches to treat sports and musculoskeletal injuries, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Over the years, Jason has gained extensive clinical experience working in hospitals, private clinics, and sports teams. He treats a wide range of patients, from everyday individuals to local and international athletes at various levels, including amateurs and elite professionals. Aino specialises in Remedial and Sports massage and treating clients with pains and aches due to sports and active lifestyles. She aims to modify treatments according to each client's needs and background.
As well as working as a Massage Therapist Aino works as a Personal Trainer and a CrossFit trainer gives her a deeper view of understanding the musculoskeletal pain caused by training. Aino’s mission is to extend pain relief and also to educate clients about physical health and injury prevention.

Seb is an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Sport Scientist and Remedial Massage Therapist. These unique modalities provide Seb with a variety of integrated skills that ensure clients receive the best up-to-date and evidence-based treatments. Having over 10 years’ experience in health and rehabilitation, Seb has established an interest in functional and corrective exercise prescription for the treatment, management and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic complex medical conditions.
Seb has extensive experience in the health and rehabilitation industry, running injury prevention programs with elite level football clubs, working alongside A-league Match Officials for their preparation, treatment and recovery on match-day. He also gained valuable experience treating patients at Physio Fitness, The Movement Clinic, Liverpool Hospital Mental Health Ward, Westmead Hospital Cardiac Catheter Lab, Auburn Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation, IPAR Occupational Rehabilitation Services and Advance Hydrotherapy Rehab Centre.

Mason (or Mace) is a physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2015 with First-Class Honours and has since completed his Masters of Sports Medicine, granting him titling as a Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist and additionally a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Mace has worked predominantly in private practice since finishing university, with a focus on sporting injuries, shoulder-to-hand injuries, and male and female pelvic floor presentations including pelvic pain, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and sexual pain. He is heavily exercised-focused on rehabilitation however he understands the role and importance that hands-on therapies have in recovery and rehabilitation for both the athlete and the everyday person.
Throughout his career Mace has worked with local and state-level senior and junior rugby league and union teams, and national and international level powerlifter, strongman, bodybuilding, and CrossFit athletes through injury and reconditioning for competition; however, he uses his own experience playing rugby league and union, and tennis, as well as dance and powerlifting to understand athlete’s presentations and best manage their cases.
Mace is new to Sydney with a focus on athletic and shoulder-to-hand injuries, however, is happy seeing all forms of patients. He prides himself on thorough investigations and communication with doctors, specialists, personal trainers and coaches, and sporting personnel to ensure no one falls between the gaps in their recovery and that everyone is on the same page. He has a strong exercise background and uses exercise modalities in all their forms to develop meaningful and progressive programmes to get his patients where they need to be.

Dr Shae Famularo graduated from Macquarie University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Chiropractic. With a dedication to health and fitness, in her 9 years of clinical practice, Dr Shae has had the privilege to work with a diverse range of professional, elite, and recreational athletes including CrossFit games, Olympic games athletes, and Commonwealth Games medalists. Treating both acute and chronic injuries as well as managing rehabilitation programs.
Applying her knowledge of years of working in multidisciplinary clinics, Dr Shae has developed a treatment strategy involving functional assessment, soft tissue and techniques, movement programs and the utilisation of corrective exercise and rehabilitation manual therapy to manage and care for sporting and lifestyle injuries.

Thibaud (T) is a passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach with over seven years of experience in the industry. He most recently served as a Performance Manager for AUSA Hoops, where he oversaw the strength and conditioning programs for representative, state, and national-level basketball players. His extensive experience includes a notable tenure in the NBA and NBA G-League with the Houston Rockets and RGV Vipers.
His USA experience began with a stint in the NCAA for the University of Texas RGV which followed a season with Newcastle Knights development squads along with an internship with the Newcastle Jets.
In addition to his coaching roles, Thibaud is also an educator, currently teaching Exercise and Sport Science at Macquarie University. His comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a valuable asset to athletes seeking to enhance their performance and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Jessica is an ASCA Level 1 Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach who has spent the last few years working with a variety of athletes in professional and semi-professional team environments as well as youth athletes in high schools across Sydney. She is currently studying for a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney and is passionate about working alongside individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
Corey is a Strength and Conditioning coach, with a Bachelors degree in High Performance Sport from the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Corey is passionate about helping athletes become fitter, stronger, and faster, and he is dedicated to helping each one reach their fullest potential. Through his study, Corey has learnt how to effectively improve athletic performance through exercise, with the ability to coach and train athletes of all ages and all sports. With 4 years coaching experience, Corey has coached athletes from amateur and recreational level, to semi-pro and professional level. Corey is committed to creating a training environment that encourages both personal and physical growth and sees each athlete as more than just their sporting success.
