Holistic assessment.
Individual solutions.
Alex is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist holding a Master of Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Hong Kong. Since graduating, he has worked exclusively in private physiotherapy clinics — treating a diverse range of patients from everyday individuals and weekend warriors through to high-performance athletes across various disciplines.
With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, Alex has developed extensive clinical experience in managing the full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions — acute injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and complex chronic disorders.
Alex places a strong emphasis on thorough clinical assessments to identify the root causes of pain through a holistic lens. Before any treatment begins, he ensures every patient has a clear understanding of their condition — then tailors a plan that addresses their individual needs and goals.
His treatment approach combines manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation with adjunct treatments including dry needling and sports taping. His mission is simple: to empower patients to feel better, move better, and take control of their injury when they walk out of the clinic.
