Clinical expertise.
An individualised approach.
Luke is an Australian Catholic University (ACU) graduate with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science. He is passionate about using exercise as medicine, for the management and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and metabolic conditions.
Luke is also a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach, having worked with a broad range of individuals including elite and youth athletes, as well as the general population. This dual skillset allows him to take clients from rehabilitation all the way through to high-performance outcomes.
He is committed to providing genuinely individualised support with an understanding that every client has different goals, different bodies, and different circumstances. His approach is built around the person, not just the condition.
