Golf performance and
lower limb rehab.
Luke is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Australian Catholic University and a background in Strength & Conditioning. He specialises in helping active individuals overcome injury, restore confidence in movement, and return to performing at their best.
Luke has a particular interest in golf performance and injury rehabilitation, working with golfers of all abilities to improve movement quality, build physical capacity, reduce injury risk, and enhance on-course performance. Whether you're recovering from an injury, preparing for competition, or simply looking to hit the ball further and play pain-free, Luke combines evidence-based rehabilitation with strength and conditioning principles to help you achieve your goals.
He also has extensive experience in lower limb rehabilitation, managing conditions including ACL reconstruction, meniscus injuries, Achilles tendinopathy, hamstring injuries, ankle sprains, hip pain, and running-related injuries. His rehabilitation philosophy centres on restoring strength, movement quality, and confidence through progressive, evidence-based exercise prescription rather than simply reducing pain.
Luke also works with clients under SIRA Workers Compensation, CTP, Medicare, DVA and the NDIS, providing personalised exercise rehabilitation to support recovery, improve function, and help individuals return to work, sport, and everyday life.
Using objective performance testing and individualised programming, Luke helps clients bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high performance. His approach focuses not only on getting people out of pain but ensuring they return stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the physical demands of sport, work, and everyday life.
Outside the clinic, Luke spends much of his time on the golf course, in the gym, or playing rugby. His passion for sport continues to drive his interest in golf performance, lower limb rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. By combining his clinical expertise with his own sporting experience, Luke is committed to helping every client recover from injury, improve performance, and continue doing the activities they enjoy with confidence.
