Maddie is an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for supporting women’s health and female athletes. She works with women managing conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS, as well as those navigating major life stages including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.



With a varied sporting background, Maddie connects naturally with athletes of all levels. She particularly enjoys helping women navigate exercise and sport, tailoring programs with evidence-based precision and genuine care.


Her scope of work encompasses women’s health, injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, bone health, and neurological conditions - delivered in private practice with the same high clinical standards as the rest of the 4D team.
