Frequently asked
questions
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is needed for NDIS-funded exercise physiology. Your support coordinator, plan manager, or you directly can initiate a referral. We just need confirmation that your plan has funding allocated to exercise physiology.
What if I don't have EP funding in my plan?
You can request it at your next plan review. We can provide an assessment and report to support your case. Some participants start services using Core Supports and transition when EP funding is approved.
Do you work with all plan types?
Yes β agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants are all welcome. The process is similar regardless of plan type and we'll guide you through what's needed for your specific situation.
How often should I have sessions?
It depends on your goals and condition. Your initial assessment will help determine the recommended frequency β we'll discuss this with you and your support team before programming begins.
